Hi Im Justin

I’m the proud father to incredible children whom I adore. Each morning, I rise with a singular focus: to build a brighter future for them. Yet the clarity and purpose that drive me today were hard-won through a journey that was anything but straightforward.

Though I owe my biological existence to my parents, the nurturing and positive guidance one might expect was absent in my life. This absence contributed to a lack of self-confidence, self-belief, and a lack of identity. Simply put, I was lost.

The path they presented was marred by violence, drug addiction and alcoholism, and I needed to carve out a new trajectory for myself—to become the functional, forward-looking person I am today.

At the age of 17, I turned to martial arts, dedicating a full decade to mastering the discipline. It was more than a pastime; it was a lifeline. Training rigorously each day, I earned my first black belt at 25 while also cross-training in boxing and jujitsu. Alongside this, I also made time for weightlifting.

My weeks were filled with teaching boxing and kickboxing, taking fights regularly, and even working the doors on weekends to test my mental fortitude. I frequently sent myself into the ring ready for war ready to prove to myself I was enough.

I now see the flawed logic I was applying however, at the time, I was flying by gut instinct. Martial arts provided me with my first true sense of what a family should feel like.

Surrounded by people who wanted you to be your best, helping you work towards that every day.

Yet despite these accomplishments, something was still missing I still had a sense of emptiness and felt like I needed to test myself further.

Despite the physical feats and mental tests I put myself through, a lingering emptiness remained. I decided to test my limits in the most unforgiving environment possible—the battlefield.

As a member of the British armed forces, I was deployed to Afghanistan. Every day presented a gauntlet of physical and mental challenges, leaving no room for error I found a brotherhood of friends again.

After returning from Afghanistan In 2012, I began to train, ready to begin a promotion course however, during the build-up training the army provided, I suffered a very serious injury, I sustained a crushed disk in my back.

After a year of failed rehab therapy attempts, they finally decided to operate putting my physical resilience to the test again.

Yet despite the odds of a full recovery and a prognosis that limited my recovery to 80% of my former self, I refused to be confined by expectations.

Two years of relentless rehabilitation later, I achieved the prestigious All Arms Physical Training Instructor Qualification, a gruelling seven-week program that equipped me to lead soldiers through physical training.

As I became disillusioned with the army I began to find a way to transition out and made a seamless transition into the Army reserves.

But the fun didn’t stop there.

While working with the Army reserves, I met with a devastating motorcycle accident. With injuries ranging from a shattered arm, two broken ribs and ruptured hamstrings, I was at my lowest. My body, once my greatest asset, had failed me.

This forced me to confront deeper, more existential questions: Who was I if not my physical self? What was my purpose?

It was a period of intense self-reflection, leading me to acknowledge a startling truth—I had no sense of self-worth. All the physical and mental tests I had imposed on myself felt empty because they lacked direction and meaning.

The Rebuild 2.0

Eventually, the missing piece fell into place. I discovered that what I lacked was a higher purpose—one so compelling that it would propel me through even the darkest times. And the framework that helped me crystallize this vision was stoicism.

Today, this profound understanding forms the bedrock of my mission: not just to help you become the strongest version of yourself physically but also to empower you with the self-belief and clarity of purpose that are vital for any meaningful transformation.

Now, I wake up each day with the joy and privilege of helping people in meaningful ways.

Whether it’s coaching someone to reach their peak physical condition or empowering them to find their own clarity of purpose, every moment of my work is a testament to the journey I’ve undergone—a journey that’s taught me the true strength is holistic, encompassing not just the body but also the mind and spirit.
