Meet The Head Coach - Justin

Hi, I’m Justin, a proud father with a singular focus on building a brighter future for my incredible children by helping as many people as I can. 

My journey has been far from straightforward, from a challenging childhood to breaking free from a path marred by violence and addiction, I turned to martial arts at 17, dedicating a decade to mastering the discipline. Despite achieving many accomplishments, a lingering emptiness persisted. Seeking further challenges, I joined the British armed forces, finding a brotherhood in Afghanistan.

On return, a serious back injury tested my resilience. Refusing to be confined by expectations, I overcame the odds by not only recovering but going on to earn the All Arms Physical Training Instructor Qualification. Shortly after transitioning to the Army reserves, I faced a devastating motorcycle accident, forcing profound self-reflection.

Realizing a lack of higher purpose, I embraced stoicism and gained a deep understanding of religion, shaping my mission today. My goal is not only to help individuals achieve peak physical condition but also to empower them with self-belief and clarity of purpose. Every moment of my work reflects a holistic understanding that true strength encompasses the body, mind, and spirit.
